Great elaboration all from one photo as it looks. The red eyes are a bit too red for my taste. The maker tried to keep her pretty real by leaving uneven skin, hair, facial shapes around the mouth, etc.
Impressive realism in some ways, though it brings the uncanny valley to mind. It would be interesting to combine this with text-to-speech technology.
